And then sell them on the Polish market. Profit is obtained by buying used clothing depending on its weight and then segregated because of their quality and the current status and matching the individual prices by key created earlier for each product.

Our mission as the name suggests is customer satisfaction. The core of our business is to build a long-lasting, positive relationships with our clients. This will benefit in terms of customer satisfaction and its commitment to the company.

We want to achieve customer satisfaction through:

  • To achieve the greatest market share in the region in relation to the secondhand clothing market
  • To allow less wealthy people to buy well-known Western European clothes brands
  • To achieve a net profit margin of over 7% the second year of operation and 15% the third
  • To achieve a net profit of 82 the first year and over 537 the fifth year

In the past few years, customers interest in secondhand clothes showed a significant increase. As a result of a change in owners approach of secondhand stores manifested by a greater cares about the quality of goods, larger group of people get interested in this type of product. Increasingly affluent society and promoted by mass media Western European lifestyle, has opened a new market segment for clothing business.

To succeed in the secondhand clothes business we know we must:
  • Carry an assortment in various sizes, styles and colors, in quality brands.
